We only accept returns if it has been cleared ahead of returning the item.
This means that you must contact us before sending the item, stating the reason for the return and attaching the receipt of the purchase or the product order ID. We will then inform you of the return address and any other requirements for the shipping.
According to Danish Consumer Law, within 14 days of the date of receival you may ship the item back to us and we will return the money for the item, no questions asked. If the item has been damaged we do reserve the right to subtract a reasonable amount.
Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for returning items.
Warranty: We follow Danish and European regulations and warranties. If it has been less than 2 year since the day of receiving the item, and you discover a functional defect which has obviously been there since manufacturing, please get in touch with us so we can try to replace the item with a similar one.
Damage and defects caused by day-to-day wear is not covered by the warranty. Also be aware that the products are hand-made. Some minor non-functional variations are to be expected.
We cannot guarantee that, as our products are hand made, but you will receive one that looks identical in all but the most minute detail.
On every purchase you should receive a confirmation by email, as well as a sales recipt when the item has shipped.
If you have registered an account, you may also find a copy of the sales receipt in the account area.
In most cases yes, but occasionally an item may have sold out hand will have to be crafted first. You will notified immediately after placing an order when you can expect to receive the item.

Our jewelry uses glass beads and the attachments are of surgical steel, coated brass or Sterling silver. The knitwear is made from 100% wool and the dyes are non-allergenic.
In rare cases though, even surgical steel may provoke a reaction for zinc allergy. If you’re that one-in-a-million person, you are probably already aware of this.
